Return Policy

We want to make sure that you have the best possible shopping experience at Darla�s Sassy Dog, which is why we try to give as much detailed information about each item we offer as possible. All products are non-refundable. But, we will gladly exchange any product that is defective. Defective products must be returned within 5 days of receipt in new and unused condition and in the original packaging. Sizing exchanges must be sent back to us with in 15 days from receipt of merchandise in its original sellable condition (no fur!!) Please read our entire return policy BEFORE ordering and email us with any questions at Allison@darlassassydog.com.

• All returns/exchanges require a return authorization number! This number can be obtained by emailing Allison@darlassassydog.com. Please write this number on your packing slip and return with product. Returns/exchanges received without an authorization number will NOT be processed.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable • we offer one free size exchange per item and a $12 fee will be applied for subsequent exchanges for that item. We will pay for shipping of the first exchange shipped to you.
• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. For your protection you should use a delivery service with that offers insurance, delivery confirmation and tracking. FedEx, USPS and UPS all offer these services. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns/exchanges. • Holiday Items may not be exchanged or returned so please measure your dog before ordering.

Shipping

• Some of our items are shipped from different warehouses, so you may get your items in multiple shipments and different carriers may deliver them. We do our best and try to ship all items out well within 14 days, but sometime due to items being on backorder it may take longer. We will email you if this is the case.
• Some oversized items may have any additional handling fee this will be noted in the product description.
• Allow at least 14 business days for items to be shipped. If you need rush shipping please contact us for cost and availability before placing the order. Made to order(Custom) items may take longer then 14 days to ship.
• At this time we can only ship within the United States
